Bay Point

Bay Point is a gated golf and marina community in the Panama City area near St. Andrews Bay and Grand Lagoon.

Real estate includes homes and condos with a mix of golf-course, marina and waterfront settings. The type of property matters: a home with direct water access, a fairway property and a condominium can have very different association responsibilities and ownership costs.

Boaters should verify dock or slip arrangements for the specific property rather than assuming water access is included.

Buyers should also review current association information, insurance and flood considerations and any applicable marina or club arrangements independently.
