Grand Lagoon

Grand Lagoon is the water-oriented area on the east side of Panama City Beach around Thomas Drive, marinas and the lagoon leading toward St. Andrews Bay and the Gulf.

The real estate mix includes condos, traditional homes, waterfront properties and neighborhoods with boating access.

For buyers interested in boating, the details matter. Direct waterfront, canal access, marina access and simply being near the lagoon are not the same thing.

Grand Lagoon is also close to St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, marinas and the Thomas Drive corridor, giving this part of PCB a different feel from the west end or Pier Park area.
