Inlet Beach

Inlet Beach is the easternmost beach neighborhood in South Walton and sits immediately west of the Bay County line.

Its location makes it the transition point between Panama City Beach and the communities along Scenic Highway 30A. The area includes beach cottages, newer homes, luxury properties, condos and mixed-use development near the US 98 and 30A corridors.

Inlet Beach also has a large regional public beach access, making Gulf access an important part of the area's identity.

Buyers should pay close attention to whether a property is south or north of US 98, distance to beach access, association rules and rental restrictions. An Inlet Beach mailing address can cover properties with very different settings.
