Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is a 55+ active-adult community north of Panama City Beach developed by Minto Communities in partnership with The St. Joe Company and Margaritaville.

The community includes new homes and a large collection of resident amenities centered around its Town Square, including recreation, fitness, dining and entertainment.

It is not on the beach, and that distinction matters. The community is north of the Gulf near the Intracoastal Waterway, with Panama City Beach, 30A and other area destinations accessible by road.
