Lynn Haven

Lynn Haven is its own city immediately north of Panama City and is surrounded by bayous and residential areas connected to North Bay.

Housing includes established neighborhoods, waterfront and bayou properties, newer subdivisions and new construction.

Lynn Haven has its own municipal services while public schools are part of Bay District Schools. As elsewhere in the county, school assignment should always be verified for the specific address.

For someone comparing Lynn Haven with Panama City or Panama City Beach, look at the actual daily drive, property type, lot, utilities and access to the places you expect to use most. It is a different search from buying directly at the beach.
