Parker

Parker is a small Bay County city east of Panama City along the waters of East Bay and St. Andrews Bay.

Its location creates opportunities for both traditional residential property and homes with proximity to the water. The city is also convenient to the eastern side of Panama City and the Tyndall area.

As with other bayfront portions of Bay County, waterfront and near-water properties should be evaluated individually for flood information, insurance considerations, access and property-specific features.

Parker may appear small on the map, but location within the city can make a meaningful difference in the property itself.
