Port St. Joe is the Gulf County seat on St. Joseph Bay.

Its downtown, bayfront setting and access to nearby beaches create a different real-estate environment from Panama City Beach or 30A. Property options include established homes, newer construction, bay-area properties, land and homes within driving distance of Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach.

Port St. Joe itself sits on the bay rather than directly on the open Gulf.
