Seaside is one of the best-known planned communities along Scenic Highway 30A.

The community was designed around a compact, walkable town center with homes, public spaces, shops, restaurants and the Gulf connected by a network of streets and paths.

Real estate within Seaside is limited and should be distinguished from properties that are simply marketed as being “near Seaside.”

Buyers should review the specific property's association information, beach-access rights, rental rules and fees and understand exactly what ownership within the community includes.
